Considered a harmonizing formula when there are symptoms of a nervous and stressed stomach. The herbs work synergistically to help and relieve the (TCM) pattern of liver qi congestion with wetness and heat congesting in the middle burner. Gastro-Soothe can also be used in acute stomach distress due to overeating or eating the wrong type of foods.
Suggested Dosage: 2-3 capsules 3 times daily between meals. In acute distress: 2-3 capsules 30 minutes to one hour after a meal.
TCM Pattern: Regulate and Harmonize the Liver and Spleen
Tongue: Coating may be wet, thicker than normal, especially in the middle area
Pulse: Wiry (especially in the Spleen position)
