Use this gentle essential oil to help reduce stress and anxiety. Developed by Martha Lucas Ph.D., L.Ac., My Zen Om essential oil fuses the "essence" of powerful plants that have been used medicinally for a very long time to bring calm and a sense of inner peace. Available in 0.025fl oz bottles.
Ingredients that help make it effective:
* Passion flower: always a star in the world of oils for calming anxiety
* Orange bergamot and ylang ylang: also known for reducing tension and anxiety, and to improve self esteem.
* Palmarosa and sweet orange: add relaxing, balancing effects.
* Peppermint (3 drops) for spirit, body, and mind
To Use: Put 2 or 3 drops around the navel, soles of the feet, and under the nose or near the clavicle.
