My Zen Happy essential oil, developed by Martha Lucas Ph.D., L.Ac., fuses the "essence" of powerful plants that have been used medicinally for a very long time to help balance mood and bring out our innate happiness. Available in 0.025fl oz bottles.
A blend of several ingredients helps make it work:
* Honeysuckle, marjoram, and patchouli essential oils relieve depression and uplift mood
* Lemongrass scent elicits happiness
* Bergamot and ylang ylang calm and inspire love of self
* 3 drops of peppermint are added for spirit, body, and mind
To Use: Put 2 or 3 drops around navel, soles of feet, and under nose or near clavicle.

She earned a Ph.D. degree in Research Psychology as well as national certification and Colorado license (L.Ac.) to practice Traditional Chinese Medicine.
