Suggested Use: Apply small amount of massage oil to area to be cupped. Squeeze pump 2-3 times or to comfort level. If too tight or painful release pressure by gently pushing the pink valve to the side. Do not leave cups on for more than 5 minutes. Hydrate before and after cupping.
