• Chrysanthemum (Ju Hua) - clears inflammation from the eyes, clears the liver
• Goji (Gou Qi Zi) - nourishes the liver, blood and eyes
• Ligustrum Seed (Nu Zhen Zi) - nourishes the kidneys and liver, brightens the eyes

Instructions: Pour 8oz of boiling water over tea bag. Let steep for 6 minutes or more and enjoy.
