Suggested Use: For best results apply patch over the navel, completely covering it, before engaging in activities that cause motion sickness or after motion sickness has begun. To relieve dizziness or vertigo apply patch at onset of symptoms or before engaging in activities that cause symptoms. Skin around navel must be clean‚ dry and free of lotions. Remove no more than 12 hours after application. Repeat as necessary.
